3. Programmatic Marketing & Buying

    Traditional marketing was a broadcast approach. With programmatic marketing, you are able to   decouple the audience you are targeting and the context in which you are reaching them, so in this context knowing who the audience is what should I pay etc?

Now we are broadcasting message to millions of individuals.

Interaction back to interactive marketing, where marketer is able to understand the behavior, interests and audience attributes to better inform their marketing

4. Marketers have always appreciated key life events e.g. birth of child, these life events ensure message and communication needs to be iterative as we are not singular people. Their needs and desire shift.

5. Today I will have a different conversation with you.

6. You can't step into the same river twice.

7. Have customer at the centre and then have data defined around those interactions

8. Digital marketing is going towards idea of programmatic buying
